Who and What is the Worldwide ERC?

The Worldwide ERC was established in 1964 representing the authority on global workforce mobility. Headquartered in Washington D.C, it’s current membership includes more than 12,000 professionals who are involved in managing or servicing a mobile workforce. When global workforce mobility professionals, business communities, and media want to learn about current issues, trends, and best practices for the movement of employees all over the world,  the Worldwide ERC has positioned itself to be the best resource for its proven record of expertise. This exceptional group  has been conducting unbiased research, conferences and online training for more than 40 years. It has brought together the most innovative professionals to exchange information and to gain valuable knowledge within the workforce mobility field.

What is so special about the ERC Conference in San Diego?

Not to get off topic, but the conference is being held in sunny San Diego! Who wouldn’t want to attend? More importantly, the Worldwide ERC has planned social events from education sessions, to keynote speakers, and peer networking. Topics up for discussion and observation fall under the titles, “The Innovation Situation-Discovering What Corporations Really Wan in Innovation”, “Household Goods Industry Challenges vs. Corporate Client Needs: Tough Times, Smart Solutions” and “ Temporary Assignments: Don’t Let Your Policy Hang Loose”, to name a few. Also, our lovely sales team members, Susan Becker and Katie Bahr will be attending with partner Jack Jensky to absorb the information and best practices shared to continue our efforts in innovations and in setting the industry standard. Synergy Corporate Housing partners with Emerald Fund for environmentally-friendly living in the heart of San Francisco

RINCONSan Francisco, CA, March 26 — San Francisco is home to a wide array of environmentally conscious landmarks from its municipal buildings to popular attractions like the Academy of Sciences and Davies Symphony Hall. As San Francisco has progressed into one of the nation’s leaders in sustainability, so has its apartment living. Synergy Corporate Housing was the recent recipient of the Corporate Housing Providers Association award in the category of Green Progress for their ongoing sustainable initiatives. Synergy will feature many of the amenities at the new Rincon Green property that helped them win this honor. All Synergy apartments feature elements from Synergy’s “Sustainable Space” line which includes the Synergy Eco-Beds and furniture made from environmentally-friendly materials. Synergy has also made a commitment at this property to provide refillable toiletry sets, replacing the tired industry standard travel size and decreasing the amount of plastic its guests are forced to consume.

Tenants stay cozy with hydronic heating systems installed beneath the floors that rely on hot water instead of electricity. This system is ideal for those that enjoy consistent heat year round, as it operates very efficiently and keeps the space at a consistent, comfortable temperature. High efficiency air filtration systems remove unwanted airborne material from Rincon Green apartments, including any potential pollutants and particulate matter ensuring the apartment remains a constant breath of fresh air. All Rincon Green apartments are equipped with energy efficient washer dryers and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Guests will also find recycling services throughout the property.

Synergy’s New Exclusive on the Moon!

Innovation is the future! As a leading industry provider, Synergy Corporate Housing has yet again raised the bar with our new exclusive property on the moon. Founders Jack Jensky and Henry Luebbert experienced the earth’s orbit in a 5 day mission to make peace with intergalactic space men at the new space station and Synergy Exclusive property, Starbright Comet. Featuring mind boggling amenities such as an earthly spa inspired shower that cleanses the guest with floating bubbles. Also available for Synergy guests is a James Bond-style space camp situated only 1 light year away on a tropical island –  a program which offers the equivalent to earth’s “State-of-the-Art Fitness Center”. Of course many questions have surfaced regarding the safety of our guests. However, rest assured that we’ve completed our due diligence to make sure each guest is safe and has an out of this world experience.  The S.S. Synergy space shuttle will remain stationed at the property at all times in case of an emergency and upon arrival, guests will be given a complimentary 8 week space training to adapt to the moon’s atmosphere.

In preparation for this new venture, Synergy has began designing new space packages such as the Comet Suite and the Galaxy Package, which will feature futuristic furnishings, automated technology, and a personal robot to cater to your every need. Our eco-conscious product developments will continue at this new property with Starbright Comet’s space-age waste management system. All waste is recycled and re-used at the on-site recycling plant located in close proximity on Crater Lake. The hope of Starbright Comet’s property manager, Zeop Uwoe, is that once guests have seen the view of Mother Earth from the moon, they will be awed by its majesty and realize the importance of protecting our planet and bring some of the practices they learn on the moon back to Earth.
